Telergam国内手机号不能私信问题解决办法

1.私信 @SpamBot
2.输入：/start
3.选择：But I can’t message non-contacts!
4.选择：No, I’ll never do any of this!
5.输入：I can’t chat with non-contacts

他会回复：Thank you! Your complaint has been successfully submitted…..等等.

当然不是实时的,要等半小时左右才能解封.
